Mad Dog Vineyard

Mad Dog Vineyard is a boutique vineyard producing the finest quality, hand-tended grapes. Awarded a Bronze for its 2013 Syrah by Michael Cooper, the limited run wines include Syrah, Rosé and Chardonnay. Owned and operated by two ex-pat Brits, the vineyard’s name is a play on Noel Coward’s Mad Dogs and Englishmen and is a reflection of its owners love of dogs, especially their SPCA rescue, Ned and rescue greyhound, Milly, after whom the label was designed.

Mad Dog Vineyard does not have a cellar door for direct sales to the public, but its wines are available from local Kerikeri and Waipapa outlets, including the Bay of Islands Golf Course.
